House of Yoga is a method of fusing yoga asanas (postures) with house music via the breath. The dynamic method encourages a busy mind to focus by co-ordinating and counting breath and beat in a balanced and even body movement. A lot of people practicing House of Yoga together, creates a bigger movement, a bigger breath, and creates a sense of ‘The House Of Yoga’ where we come together in unity to flow with the rhythm, the breath in a bigger collective ‘house’ or ‘space’.

Kate Connon    Your Body Speaks Your Mind                          Kindalin House

We have all met someone who we have thought of as a “pain in the neck” or at times felt “drained” by another.  If only we recognized the power those self-same thoughts can, and does have on our bodies, we would filter our thoughts more carefully.  Challenging life events are imprinted at the cellular level in our bodies and, like stowaways, lay hidden during our most vibrant years.  It may be years later following a stress event when an early unresolved experience finally surfaces in disease.  In this workshop we explore the roots of what may be causing you discomfort today.  The journey to wholeness always starts with awareness.

HOW BIG IS YOUR STORM? HOW BIG IS YOUR HEART?

War, family struggle, alcoholism, fear, financial insecurity…sometimes it feels like we live within a constant storm. It’s crucial that we need to find a spiritual practice that holds up under the intensity of daily life. In Harshada’s workshops participants will learn to look at the traumas and tribulations of life in with new eyes. We will learn to see our past challenges as triumphs and present challenges as triumphs in-the-making. Harshada conducts his sessions in an easy-going but deeply impacting way. Workshops will include guided meditations, interactive discussion, and time for questions and answers. Saturday and Sunday workshops will cover different material. Participants are welcome and warmly invited to both.

Yvonne Teskey Healy   A Taste of The Form-Reality Practice   The Barn B

In this workshop you will experience the profound depth and beauty of this conscious movement practice which arose though the realised consciousness of its originator Bernie Prior. It is a  movement practice that can be danced on ones own and uniquely, shared with another.

The practice of “The Form” connects you to who we really are at source and enables you  to bring that into and manifest in your life, evolving the consciousness of the individual and humanity. It is a powerful tool of awakening to our unlimited potential.

During this workshop you  will see a demonstration of the full 5 parts of “The Form”  and have direct experience of both moving in and receiving some of the first movements of this practice, discovering for yourself its possibilities.

Yvonne will also introduce a new initiative with this teaching for these transformative times  called “cosmoFORM”, it holds key frequencies from The Form practice, opening a gateway for higher consciousness. This movement aligns the body with the Cosmos, downloading new energy and uplifting the past.

When we dance “The Form” we are dancing home into our Heart. Every movement is from and as our Being” Bernie Prior

Have fun, free your spirit and release the dancer within as we dance through the rhythms of the music and work with the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water.

Kirtan is an ancient, dynamic and rhythmic form of sacred chant music. Kirtan (also known as Kirtan-Yoga) is an exciting meditative experience in the call-and-response fashion where the audience participates and joins in the singing. Kirtans often start slowly and the tempo gradually builds up. At this point, you can dance or move your body in whatever way you feel. The mantras chanted are simple to learn, and song-boards / sheets will be available. See videos and examples at www.kirtan.ie
